Total Income shows all cash inflows recorded for the selected month.
Total Paid shows expenses marked as Paid. Only paid expenses reduce your available balance.
Total Pending shows expenses waiting to be paid. Pending expenses are not deducted until marked as Paid.
Allocable Balance is the money currently available to pay for the Pending Balance.
Total Income − Total Paid
Remaining Balance estimates how much money will be left after pending expenses are paid.
Allocable Balance − Total Pending
Total On Hold represents expenses that you've temporarily set aside. They remain recorded in your budget but are excluded from active spending until you reactivate them.
